  • Calendar view has been removed
  • No longer need to choose between basic and advanced routing—everything is built-in
  • Your active schedule is wherever your Onebox number is assigned

 


Hierarchy of Schedules:

  • Account-Level Settings override Line-Based Management
  • Line-Based Management overrides Default and Time-Based Schedules

This means that any configurations set at the account level will take precedence over individual line settings, and line-based rules will override any default or time-based scheduling rules.
