Add SMS to your eVoice account:
- Log into your eVoice Account Dashboard
- Select Add Features
- Click the Add Business SMS Texting
- Choose what numbers you would like to add SMS to
- Select the plan you would like associated with this user
- Select Review your Order
- Press Place your Order
Send SMS in Account Dashboard:
- Log into your eVoice Account Dashboard
- Choose the Messages Tile
- Select Text Message
5. Choose New text
6. Enter the Phone Number you would like to text.
7. Select the Caller ID you would like your text sent from
8. Enter your Message
9. Press Send
Send SMS Message in the Mobile App:
1. Log into your eVoice Mobile App
2. Select the Message icon on the home screen
3. Enter the Phone Number you wish to text OR select from your list of contacts by clicking the drop down symbol
4. Enter your message
5. Press Send
Helpful Hint: To review or respond to previous messages, tap the message icon at the bottom of the screen. To send a new message, click the notepad icon at the top.
