As Chairperson, you are responsible for scheduling meetings, activating conference controls, and managing any interactive features. This includes requesting or changing participant and chairperson codes for audio conferences, as outlined below.
Request a New Participant Access Code for Audio Conferences
Important: If you do not wish to change your code, do not follow this procedure, as it will generate a new code.
To request a new participant access code:
1. Click Settings under the eVoice header to open the Settings page.
2. In the left navigation pane, click Conferencing. The current code will be displayed under Conference Access Code.
3. Click the Request New Access Code button next to the current code. The Request New Conference Access Code dialog box will appear.
4. Click Submit to request a new code. A confirmation message will appear. Important: The previous code will no longer be valid, including for previously scheduled meetings.
5. Check back in a minute to retrieve your new code.
Change the Chairperson Passcode for Audio Conferences
To change the chairperson passcode:
1. Click Settings under the eVoice header to open the Settings page.
2. In the left navigation pane, click Conferencing. The current passcode will be displayed under Chairperson Passcode.
3. Click the Edit button. The Modify Chairperson Passcode dialog box will appear.
4. Enter a new four-digit passcode and click Save. The new passcode will update on the screen.
