Insert the Click-to-Call Widget into Your Email Signature

 

Outlook Email Signature

To insert the code for your custom "Call Me" button (via the Click-to-Call Widget) into your Outlook email signature:

1. Open Outlook: Start by opening MS Outlook.
2. Access Signature Settings: Open a new email, go to the *Messages* tab, and click the Signature button. Select Signatures from the drop-down list. This opens the Signatures and Stationary dialog box. (Alternatively, you can access this via File > Options > Mail > Signatures.)
3. Insert the Click-to-Call Widget Code: Follow these steps based on whether you're inserting an image or text:

For an Image:
- In the Edit signature textbox, add a new line.
- Click the Insert Picture icon and browse to select your image. Click Insert.
- Then, click the Insert Hyperlink icon. In the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, paste the widget code into the Address field.

- For Text:
- In the Edit signature textbox, add a new line of text.
- Highlight the text, then click the **Insert Hyperlink** icon. Paste the widget code into the *Address* field.

4. Finalize the Signature: Click OK to save. The image or text is now a hyperlink.
5.Close the Settings Window: Click OK to close the Signatures and Stationery window.

Gmail Signature

To add your custom "Call Me" button (via the Click-to-Call Widget) to your Gmail signature:

1. Log into Gmail: Access your Gmail account.
2. Open Settings: Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select **Mail Settings** from the drop-down menu.
3. Edit Signature: Scroll to the signature area. Select your existing signature or create a new one with your name, business title, contact information, and a call to action like "Call me" or "Click to Call."

4. Add the Click-to-Call Code: Highlight the text that will contain your Click-to-Call code (e.g., "Click to Call"), then click the **Hyperlink** icon. Paste the widget code into the Web Address field.
5. Save Changes: Click OK to make the text a hyperlink, then click **Save Changes**.

Hotmail Signature

To add your custom "Call Me" button (via the Click-to-Call Widget) to your Hotmail signature:

1. Log into Hotmail: Access your Hotmail account.
2. Open Signature Settings: Click Options in the upper-right corner and select More Options from the drop-down. Under Writing Email, select Message Font and Signature.
3. Edit Signature: Select your current signature or create a new one in the text editor with your name, business title, contact info, and a call to action like "Call me" or "Click to Call."

4. Insert Click-to-Call Code: Highlight the text where you want to insert the code (e.g., "Click to Call"), then click the Hyperlink icon. Paste the code into the *Address* field.
5. Save the Signature: Click OK to turn the text into a hyperlink, then click Save.

Yahoo! Mail Signature

To add your custom "Call Me" button (via the Click-to-Call Widget) to your Yahoo! Mail signature:

1. Open Yahoo! Mail: Log into your Yahoo! Mail account.
2. Access Signature Settings: Click **Options** and select Signature from the menu on the left.
3. Create or Edit Signature: Check the box to show a signature on all outgoing messages. Select your current signature or create a new one in rich text format. Include your name, business title, contact info, and a call to action like "Call me" or "Click to Call."

4. Insert the Click-to-Call Code: Highlight the text where you want the Click-to-Call code, then click the Add URL icon (two interconnecting links). Paste the widget code in the new window.
5.Save Your Signature: Click **OK** to create the hyperlink, then save and close the Signature window.
