Your Messages: Types and Management

 

In the Message Center, you can access all your inbound communications, including voicemail, email, faxes (if your plan includes them), business text messages (if Business SMS Texting is activated), and recorded calls (if Call Recording is activated).

The following graphic highlights the different sections of the Message Center, including the message list, message preview, message toolbar, and search bar. It also displays common site elements such as the header and navigation options.

Within the inbox, icons help you distinguish between message types at a glance:

  • Voicemail (voicemail)
  • Fax (fax), if included in your plan
  • Text Message (SMS), if Business (SMS) Texting is activated
  • Recorded Call (callrecord), if Call Recording is activated
