The Voicemail-to-Text feature provides convenient transcriptions of your voice messages, delivering them directly to your inbox. When someone leaves a voicemail on your eVoice number, the message is transcribed into text and sent to you via SMS or voicemail-to-email.
You must be an Account Administrator: To subscribe to this feature, you can contact Customer Support or follow one of these steps:
- From the Home page: Click the Add Features tile.
- From the Billing > Plan page: In the Add-on Features section, click the Add button next to Voicemail to Text.
- From the Phone System Manager > Users page: Click the Add Features button in the Add-on Features column.
The Build Your Plan window will open. To continue, refer to the "Add Additional eVoice Features" section in the guide on adding features or upgrading your service plan.
**Note:** If you previously selected features for a user but didn’t complete the order process, a prompt will appear when the **Build Your Plan** window opens, asking if you want to continue with the order or start over. Click the appropriate button to proceed.
