While eVoice does not intentionally block verification codes, some services may prevent these texts from reaching specific phone numbers based on their own security policies. We recommend contacting the service you are trying to verify with to understand their requirements better.
For users experiencing difficulty receiving verification codes, we advise reaching out to the respective service and requesting to whitelist the eVoice phone number. Please note that eVoice cannot provide replacement numbers for those unable to be verified, as third-party verification is not guaranteed initially.
