Does eVoice Accept Pre-Paid Gift or Credit Cards?

eVoice does not  recommend the use of pre-paid gift or credit cards, issues have been reported by customers when attempting to use these cards to pay for our service.  Some of these issues include the loss of funds, interruption of service, and/or loss of their preferred eVoice phone number. 

Additionally, we are unable to issue refunds to these types of cards.  If you only have access to a pre-paid card, we suggest subscribing to an annual plan will allow a one time charge on your card and prevent any issues that may occur due to a monthly charge .

 

Why am I receiving an error when I try to enter my new credit card?

Please make sure that the address entered matches the address the credit company or bank has on file.

If you are unsure of the address that is associated with your card, you can call your bank or creditor to confirm the address.

Helpful Hint: Each time you attempt to enter you credit card information you will be charged a $1 pending authorization charge. This authorization hold is temporary and won't be converted into a charge.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept U.S. and Canadian issued American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

 

Why do I see a charge from eVoice on your credit or debit card?

eVoice offers subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically charge the credit/debit card on file on your bill date. Charges from eVoice will appear on your statement as " Evoice Services" . If you have any questions about a charge you received, please contact Customer Support .

If you're not a customer and received a charge from us, we highly recommend contacting your financial institution immediately to report that your credit card has been lost or stolen, and request that a new card is issued.

 

How soon after paying my past-due balance is my account reactivated?

When you update or add a new credit card eVoice will attempt to collect the past due balance immediately.

If your payment is successful, your past due balance will be cleared and your account will be  reactivated.

If your payment is not successful, your account will not be reactivated. You will need to enter your new payment information again or contact Customer Support.

 

Does eVoice Have a Moneyback Guarantee?

If you cancel within the first 30 day of your subscription, we will provide you with a full refund of your service fee not including overages. 

 

Will My eVoice calls appear on my cellular bill?

No, your eVoice  calls will not appear on your cellular bill.
