eVoice: Account Manager: Phone System: Additional Auto Attendant Features

Enable Company Directory

Company Directory allows callers to search by Extension Name

  1. Log into your eVoice Account Manager
  2. Select Phone System Manager 
  3. Select Auto Attendant
  4. Click on Edit next to the extension you want to add a feature too.
  5. Select the checkbox to enable Company Directory 

Enable Call Queuing

  1. Log into your eVoice Account Manager
  2. Select Phone System Manager 
  3. Select Auto Attendant
  4. Click on Edit next to the extension you want to add a feature too.
  5. Select the checkbox to enable Call Queuing 

 Call Queuing will cycle calls continuously until someone answers.
