Enable Company Directory
Company Directory allows callers to search by Extension Name
- Log into your eVoice Account Manager
- Select Phone System Manager
- Select Auto Attendant
- Click on Edit next to the extension you want to add a feature too.
- Select the checkbox to enable Company Directory
Enable Call Queuing
- Log into your eVoice Account Manager
- Select Phone System Manager
- Select Auto Attendant
- Click on Edit next to the extension you want to add a feature too.
- Select the checkbox to enable Call Queuing
Call Queuing will cycle calls continuously until someone answers.
