Call Recording
- Log into Account Manager
- Select Settings on top bar
- Click on Call Settings
- Navigate to Call Recording
- Select Enable
To cancel Call Recording please select the disable button.
Add Forwarding Email Address:
- Click on Add Forwarding Email Address
- Select the Email Address you would like Call Recordings sent to.
- Click Save
The contact you are calling will hear a notification saying that they are being recorded.
Recording link sent will be active for 30 days.
