eVoice Account Manager: Settings: Call Recording ( Add On)

Call Recording 

Call Recording

  1. Log into Account Manager 
  2. Select Settings on top bar
  3. Click on Call Settings
  4.  Navigate to Call Recording 
  5. Select Enable 

To cancel Call Recording please select the disable button. 

Add Forwarding Email Address:

  1. Click on Add Forwarding Email Address 
  2. Select the Email Address you would like Call Recordings sent to.
  3. Click Save 

 

The contact you are calling will hear a notification saying that they are being recorded.

Recording link sent will be active for 30 days.
