eVoice Account Manager: Usage: Call History and Current Usage

Current Usage 

  1. Log into your eVoice Account 
  2. Select Usage on the top bar.
  3. Navigate to Current Usage

The Current Usage screen displays information about your current call duration, estimated charges, and details about what type of calls you are receiving.

Call History

  1. Log into your eVoice  Account 
  2. Select Usage on the top bar.
  3. Navigate to Call History 

Call History is a log of your incoming and outgoing phone calls. This feature provides a chronological list of all calls made and received by user.

 

Download Call Summaries and Transcripts

  • Log into your eVoice account
  • Select Usage on Top Navigation
  • Click on Call History 
  • Choose either : Last Billing Period or Custom
  • Select Download at the top of the page
  • An Excel spreadsheet will be downloaded to your computer
